We can assure you that this set of custom-made bow strings will meet every expectation
you might ever have. We take pride in being able to deliver a stable and consistent product
to you and we guarantee no peep rotation and no elongation up to 5000 shots.
Spinning X Instructions
1. Be certain that there are no noticeable nicks or burrs on the cams or anywhere
else where the string and cables are in contact with the bow. A sharp cam can cut the end
loop serving of your string or cable during installation. Also pay attention to the alignment
of your cams and any excessive cam lean through the draw cycle as this can rub the servings
and cause premature wear. It is also important that you make sure that there are no
rough edges or blemishes on the cable slide groove, since this might also lead to premature wear.
Any damage to the string and/or cables in these areas is not covered by the Spinning X warranty.
2. Improper installation can lead to damages to string and/or cables and may also cause damages
to your bow. We therefor recommend that you only use a bow manufacturer approved bow press
when installing you Spinning X string and cables.
Spinning X is not responsible for any damages done to your bow or other accessories due to
improper installation of the string and/or cables.
3. Your Spinning X Custom Bow Strings comes with a pre-installed peep sight indicator,
which is a small piece of string material located just above the centre serving.
Do not remove the peep sight indicator until you have installed your peep sight.
We recommend that you shoot the bow 15-20 times to settle your new string and cables
before installing your peep sight.
Once the string and cables are settled, use a bow manufacturer approved press to install
the peep in the centre of the string using the indicator, after which the indicator is removed
(if you do not use a peep sight, then remove the indicator before use).
We recommend that you tie or serve your peep sight before shooting your bow to prevent
the peep sight from coming out during the shot.
To properly align the peep sight, simply twist the string in ½ turn increments until the peep sight aligns.
4. We guarantee that the length of your new string and cables are as per your specification
in your order, however sometimes small adjustments need to be done to achieve
proper cam timing, peep alignment and/or performance. When adjusting the length,
add or remove twists in ½ twist increments.
We recommend that you do not remove more than 2-3 twist or add more than 4-6 twists
when adjusting the length, this to ensure consistency, stability and reliable performance
of your new Spinning X Custom Bow String.
5. To prevent premature wear, we recommend that you treat your string often using
a product that cleans, protects and waterproofs it.
Spinning X Custom Bow Strings is not responsible for any damages of this product
caused by misuse or a defective bow.
The user is responsible to assure that the product is used correctly. Spinning X cannot
be held liable for damages to property, or for any personal injury incurred by using this product.
Installing this product binds the user to this agreement.
